Our Assurance

We assure you that our coco coir is 100% peat-free, with an ideal pH, low electrical conductivity (EC), and contains no green or soil waste.

Source

The coconut husks are sourced from the fertile regions of the Western Ghats in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Abundant monsoon rainfall makes this area ideal for coconut plantations.

Ideal Growing Medium

Coco Coir is often labeled as compost but is actually a growing medium. It supports plants, providing them with nutrients and water.

No Synthetic Treatments

We water-wash our coir multiple times using harvested rain water and buffer it to reduce salts and balance nutrients, ensuring it’s safe and plant-friendly.

Sun Dried

We sun-dry coir using a sustainable, eco-friendly method powered by solar energy. This process preserves the coir’s natural properties and moisture balance while being cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Transportation of coir

We optimise container space and use eco-friendly shipping methods to further lower our carbon footprint. This ensures our coir reaches customers in a sustainable and timely manner while keeping costs low.

Coco Coir – Sustainable Growing Solutions

Coco coir, made from coconut husks, is a renewable, eco-friendly growing medium with excellent water retention, good aeration, and a balanced pH (5.5 to 6.5). It’s a great alternative to peat for both professional growers and home gardeners.

Unwashed Coir(High EC): Contains higher salt levels, used for non-sensitive crops and erosion control.

Washed Coir (Low EC): Washed to reduce salt content, ideal for sensitive crops.

Buffered Coir: Treated to remove excess salts, improving nutrient absorption for sensitive plants.

Coco Chips: Coarse pieces providing good drainage and moisture retention, perfect for orchids and mulching.

Blended Coir with Chips: A mix of coir and chips that enhances both drainage and aeration.

All coco coir products have a high cation exchange capacity (CEC), helping plants absorb essential nutrients like calcium and magnesium. Coco coir supports sustainable, water-efficient plant growth in gardens, hydroponics, and commercial farming.
