Product Description

Six 650g plain coco-coir bricks and two 2L horticultural perlite pouches, supplied separately. Hydrate three bricks and mix with one pouch for a convenient starting batch.

Create a peat-free growing mix around your plants and containers. This bundle contains plain coir and perlite; provide a separate feeding programme suited to the crop.

What is included

  • 1 × six-pack of plain coco-coir bricks (6 × 650g).
  • 2 × 2L horticultural perlite pouches.

Approximately 54–60L hydrated coir plus 4L perlite. Total loose component volume is 58–64L before mixing; final yield depends on preparation and settling. The suggested mix is approximately 93:7 coir to perlite by component volume, not a 70/30 blend.

Hydrate the coir fully, loosen thoroughly, then gently mix in lightly dampened perlite. Use appropriate containers with drainage holes. Provide a separate plant-appropriate feeding programme.

Description

A sustainable all-purpose compost, with added NPK plant food.

High performing peat free compost, designed for high performance plant growth. Independently tested to outperform leading brands both including peat and peat free. Coco Boost is 100% natural all purpose coir compost with balanced slow-release fertiliser that feeds for up to 6 months. Added dry, the fertiliser doesn’t start to degrade until it has water added, unlike ready to use compost, where nutritional value available for plants varies dramatically.

Coco Boost compost helps develop healthy foliage, strong root development and fantastic flower and fruit performance. It is also the environmentally friendly choice being peat free, using sustainable and organic coir made from coco coir fibre.
